What other say about the coaching connection:

Keybi is deeply insightful and it shows in the questions he asks, the way he challenges me and the perspective shifts he offers. I came away from each session excited to move forward based on the needed actions determined during our session. I'm still referring to our coaching conversations to help me continue making decision that I know are in my best interest. I'd strongly recommend Keybi. His empathy, ability to create a sense of safety and belonging and ability to meet you where you are, feels like he's holding your hand to help you over obstacles that before would just shut you down.

Keybi has a calm reassuring energy, pace, presence and tone. This quickly built safety and reassurance for me. He listens well and asks thought-provoking, open-ended questions. He is supportive and kind with a warm inviting smile. He pauses well and allows space for the client to think, process and respond. He is also is very well prepared, and has created extensive pre-work/overview information to help both him and the client build understanding and focus prior to the first session. Thank you Keybi!
