SPACE
Look around the space you are in, I would like to invite you to find one area where you feel safe and able to stand on the ground comfortably.
Now, have both of your feet touching on the ground, have your back standing straight and notice the spot inside your body where it supports your upper body.
While you are standing on the ground , have your head looking straight, now, relax and drop your shoulder, relax your back and allow your body really standing on the spot where it supports you, relax your legs and allow the bottom of your feet sink into the ground.
In this exercise, I would like to invite you to connect both your core and heart together. Are you ready?
CORE
Where do you consider to be the core inside the body?
Put one hand on your core, and have the palm of your hand touch the area of your core.
HEART
Where do you consider to be the heart inside the body?
Put another hand on your heart, and have the palm of your other hand touch the area of your heart.
DEEP BREATH
Now, I would like to invite you to take a deep breath, and inhale the air right into the area of your core, and continually breathe the air into the area of your heart.
Then, breathe the air out through your mouth.
HOLDING AIR
This time, we will hold the air for 8 seconds, while you are holding the air between the area of your core and the area of your heart, I would like to invite you to tell yourself two things:
First thing: what is your name?
Second thing: what makes you feel strong, powerful and confident?
Are you ready?
Let’s take a deep breath, and breathe the air right into the area of your core, while you are breathing the air into your core, feel the expansion of the area of your core;
once the area of your core is full, continually breath the air into your heart, and allow yourself to feel the expansion in the area of your heart;
then hold the breath for 8 seconds, meanwhile, tell yourself: what is your name? and what makes you feel strong, powerful and confident? 3, 2, 1;
Now, slowly breathe out the air through your mouth for 5 seconds 4, 3, 2, 1.
Let’s do it one more time. Put one of your hands on the area of your core and put another hand on the area of your heart.
Slowly take a deep breath, and breathe the air right into the area of your core, while you are breathing the air into your core, feel the expansion of the area of your core;
once the area of your core is full, continually breath the air into your heart, and allow yourself to feel the expansion in the area of your heart;
then hold the breath for 8 seconds, now, tell yourself: what is your name? and what makes you feel strong, powerful and confident? 3, 2, 1;
now you can slowly breathe the air out through your mouth for 5 seconds 4, 3, 2, 1.
