Inward Looking to Build a Grounded Relationship with Your Inner Self

During this challenging time, it's important for people to take care of the self. As we look at our internal experience, we're actually looking to engage with our physical body, our emotional energy, our mental brain, and our spiritual soul. So, as we apply the medicine wheel into our internal experience, we are actually engaging with our body care, our energy relieves, our brain break, as well as our inner connection, in order for us to create a balancing internal experience during this challenging time.

What can you do to enable your holistic self to connect your inner self?

Let's do some reflection on our Body Care.

My 1st question to you is:

How do you like to exercise your eyeballs?

Do you like to look from the left to the right? Are you the person like to roll your eyes around? How do you like it?

My 2nd question to you is:

What would you like to do in the experience of quietness that it allows you to stay grounded?

Are you the type of person like to lay in bed and look up into the Sky and just to enjoying the clouds? And the stars? Or are you the type of person like to sit at the corner and trying to hear the sound of your Clock?

My 3rd question to you is:

What is your natural healing food that comes with colour of red, orange, yellow, and green?

Are you a broccoli person? Or are you a carrots person? or perhaps you like your bell pepper? Which one do you like?

My 4th question to you is:

What do you notice in the rhythm as you take your breath?

Are you breathing into your tummy? Or are you breathing into your head? Where do you like your breath going into?

My last question to you is:

How do you want to move the air with each part of your body?

How do you like to move the air with your fingers? How do you like to move the air with your hand? Or how do you like to move the air with your head? Give it some thoughts.

Let's do some reflection on Energy Release.

My 1st question to you is:

What would you like to read or watch that can help you to express your inner feeling?

Are you the type of person like to read novel and think about humanity? Or are you the type of person like to watch movie that makes you cry? What do you like to do?

My 2nd question to you is:

What kind of music or sound would you like to hear that make you move your body?

My 3rd question to you is:

How do you like to create vibration with your nips, teeth, or throat or even tongue?

What do you like to do?

My 4th question to you is:

What does your relationship look like with air?

My 5th question to you is:

What can you do to reactivate your body which has been silenced?

Have you ever paid attention to your butt? Maybe you can shake around it. Have you ever paid attention to your shoulder? Maybe you can drop your shoulder down. Move around your toes and your feet.

Let's do some reflection on taking a break for your brain. I call it Brain Break.

My 1st question to you is:

What do you like to see as a view that it refreshes your mind?

Are you a water person like to look at the Lake or the ocean? or are you a mountain person? Perhaps listening to the birds singing? Or just simply walk around the garden around your neighborhood. Which one do you like?

My 2nd question to you is:

Do you consider the spoken words and dialogue you hear in your surrounding area is healthy to you?

My 3rd question to you is:

How can you speak in a neutral position?

My 4th question to you is:

What plants or natural product will activate your calmness?

Are you the type of person like smoothie, no sugar; or are you the type of person like cookies, no sugar. How do you like it with no sugar?

My 5th question to you is:

How is the energy flow inside your body while you are stillness?

How is the energy flow inside your body while you are in stillness? Are you the type of person just sitting, and doing nothing. Are you the type of person lying in bed, not doing anything? How do you like it?

Let's do some reflection on Inner Connection.

My 1st question to you is:

What are your curious about at this particular moment that your eyes want to discover more of what it is?

Are you curious what trauma informed coaching is about? Call me. Or you curious what is Spring, and Summer is going to do in the garden right now? What are your thoughts?

My 2nd question to you is:

What kind of drama would you like to stay in a distance or walk away from?

My 3rd question to you is:

What would be the pitch of a motivational speech you'd like to speak with passion and confidence?

The 4th question is:

Which part of the body would you like your breath to go into and exhale from?

My last question to you is:

How do you like to create a space and have a brand new experience to honor your wellbeing?
