Being a Human, Not a Problem
When you make a commitment to achieve healing, walk away from people who see you as “a problem”, and walk away from people who see you bring problems into their life, a person would not be able to heal in a “problem-oriented” environment.
In a “problem-oriented” environment, what people focus on are what they believed to be the appeared problem, and more likely they only engage with you, the healing person, around the problem they think they need to address and fix, such engagement may prevent them and you to think and work outside of the box, and not able to engage you, the healing person, as a person but rather as a problem;
With the fixed mindset of problem-fixing, people may not see subject matter with new angles and new perspectives from the lens of how you perceive life in your living world, without such communication and understanding, people is not able to create a safe and secure interaction with you, the healing person.
Treat your self as a human as well as be seen as a human, Dive in to explore how your self understands and pursue living, and Have a safe and secure interaction, are the three key components for you to evolve the matter you cared to improve and make change into your living experience in the developmental process of life.

Life in healing is better to evolve than to revolve, every individual live life in the process of evolvement, and that is where changes can take place for growth; if a person, who is in a healing process, continually engage in revolving around the problem or problem-resolution, it can be challenging for you to become authentic, because you may end up seeing the self as a problem, and engage with people in a form of walking on eggshells 24/7 without actually enabling the self to get in touch with your true self.
You are a human being and you are not a problem. You matters, your emotion matters, your body matters, and your holistic being matters; as you are living and evolving in your life, all along is about the matter you care for rather than the problem you have burden in, so be kind and gentle to yourself and to all the things you have connection with.
