Outward Connecting to Build a Supportive Network with Your Outer World

During this challenging time, it is important for people to connect to the outer world. As we are looking at our external experience, we are actually looking to engage to seek safety in our physical space, to remain calmness in our emotional activity, to have neutrality in our mental dialogue, as well as to build a growth mindset in our spirituality; So, as we applied the medicine wheel into our external experiences, we are actually looking to create safe space, practice in neutral activity, connect to supportive environment, and have positive engagement. So that we can create an experience for ourselves to live in a balanced life.

What have you noticed in your process of making connections to the little object around you, or to the small thought in you?

Let’s do some reflection on how you may like to create your Safe Space.

My 1st question to you is:

Which area in your living space allow you to feel safe and being vulnerable?

Is it in the living room, on your couch, or in your bedroom? Where do you like your safe area to be?

My 2nd question is:

What is the sound of frequency that keeps you feeling calm and grounded?

Is it the tick tock sound that comes from the Clock or is it the sound that comes from the air central system? What is it that keeps you calm?

My 3rd question to you is:

What are the words you heard that gives you a chill? And what is the other word you can think of to replace that chill word?

Is it you don't like that F word? If not, what other words can replace the F word? Give it some thought.

My 4th question to you is:

What do you like to cook and bake, or perhaps to make that create the smell that makes you feel calm?

Do you like to bake a cake? Or do you like to cook some homemade food? or you like to make soap. What do you like?

My last question to you is:

What's your favourite blanket, pillow, socks, perhaps jacket, any item that you can touch that make you feel comfort and protected?

Let’s do some reflection on the activity you participate in, are they a Neutral Activity for you?

My 1st question to you is:

Whatever you see, is it a fact?

What do you see that it actually happened, really?

My 2nd question to you is:

Whatever you hear, is it accurate?

So, what do you know that can prove the information you heard?

The 3rd question I have for you is:

Whatever people speak, is it questionable?

So, what doubts and assumptions you have in mind that you want to ask questions about?

The 4th question I have for you is:

How is the vibe you feel? Is it safe?

So what are the unsettling concern you have in your mind in your surrounding environment?

The last question I have for you is:

How is the connection you build with people?

So, what is the dynamic you feel among people you engage with?

Give it some thoughts.

Let's do some reflection on your Supportive Environment.

The 1st question I have for you is:

What knowledge, talents, skills or even believe would you like to learn in this supportive environment?

The 2nd question I have for you is:

What is feeling heard looks like to you? How does that contribute to your life?

The 3rd question for you is:

Are those spoken words you speak and listen to build your self-esteem and confidence?

The 4th question I have for you is:

How do you occupy your energy in your supportive network?

Do you feel drained, or enriched after your engagement with the network?

The last question I have for you is:

By engaging in your supportive environment, are you finding a sense of relief and strength?

Give it some thoughts.

Let's have some reflection on how you have Positive Engagement.

The 1st question I have for you is:

Are you appreciate with the connection you have in your life?

The 2nd question I have for you is:

How do you like to communicate in a dialogue that it remains a sense of peace in you?

The 3rd question I have for you is:

What are the words enable you to shift your narrative to speak with motivation?

The 4th questions I have for you is:

What come across your mind that activates your curiosity?

The last question I have for you is:

What do you notice the shift in your body while you are connecting with every little things you are engaged with?
