Healing Coaching Workshop
This is an interactive conversational healing coaching workshop in a setting of a small group (2-6 people). Unlike many other workshops, this healing coaching workshop do not offer you solution; instead, this coaching workshop invite you to engage in coaching dialogue, believe in your inner resource, connect with your inner strength to create your own appropriate solution for your subject matter.

Healing Wheel
In this coaching workshops, you will dedicate your time to do reflection on different areas of your life, and see how each area of your life affects as well as make contribution in the way of your living. At the same time, you will create a healing wheel, in which it provides you a holistic approach to your healing blueprint so that you know what value you carry in you to bring yourself on your healing journey.

Energy Motion
In this coaching workshops, you will explore how you make connections to the emotion you are experiencing in life. Emotion can be seen as e-motion [ “energy motion”], in this workshop, you would bring your attention to the energy you physically embody in you, at the same time, you would be coached to develop your inner strength, so that you can proactively and effectively work with those energy in which you carried inside your body. In addition, there are tools and techniques that would also be introduced to you to work with your emotions.

Balance Exploration
In this coaching workshops, you are invited to pause and gain awareness of how you are creating balance in different areas of your life; at the same time, you are invited to explore the concept of balance in different lens - such as your senses, your physical strengths and your characteristics, etc - so that you can gain a better awareness and understanding of how your wholeness making connections to the external world around you.

Fs it OFF, Coach it On
In this coaching workshops, you will learn and get familiar with the trauma responsive states of fight, flight, freeze and fawn. By taking a look at the pro and cons of these trauma responsive states, you can make yourself to gain full awareness of the way you make response in a situation; more importantly, you have the knowledges and tools to recognize such response, to switch the responsive state off, and coach yourself to respond to the situation in a more effective and productive way.

Conflict and Peace
In this coaching workshops, you are invited to explore the internal and external conflict in your life. The workshop will enable you to observe your conflict from different angles, help you to recognize the conflict style you've been conducting in your living situation; at the same time, activity is introduced to evoke your awareness of the difference between thoughts and feelings, you can build the confidence you need to speak with clarity in vulnerable situation.

Trauma Healing
In this coaching workshops, you are invited to acknowledge different parts of the self in you and recognize how each part of the self supports you in your healing process. The workshop enables you to be an observer, it asks you to not only take a look at your holistic being, but also take a look at how you conduct yourself in your healing journey. You will further explore what could be the fundamental components that may help you to achieve healing and overcome challenges in this workshop.

Trauma Brain and Healing
In this coaching workshops, you are invited to get familiar with the brains in your body, by understanding the functionality and characteristics of your brains, you can get some insights, further to design and develop the appropriate plan for your healing. This workshop encourages you to get in touch with different parts of the body, and invites you to see healing as a practice rather than a treatment.

Emotional Response
In this coaching workshops, you are invited to explore your response to your own emotion as well as to other people’s emotion. By taking a look at how you respond to your own emotion, you are encouraged to work with the flip-side of your experienced emotion, and further gain a deep understanding of the change that you are actually looking to make in your life. This workshop encourages you to make a response to the flip-side of the apparent emotion rather than react to the feeling that it showed in the situation.

Flashback Exposure
In this coaching workshops, you are invited to acknowledge the self what could be the factor that it resulted in the activation of your emotional response, you would further explore what you can do to confront the experience of having flashbacks; at the same time, techniques are introduced to enable you to honour the past as well as to take your lead creating new experiences for new memories.

Healing Coaching Support
In this coaching workshops, you are invited to explore what support can be in the process of trauma healing. You are encouraged to take a lead and coach the self to heal your wound and to overcome your challenges in life; at the same time, the workshop introduces the tools that a person may use and implement in the healing process. There is no right or wrong for how a person heals, but rather what knowledge and tools a person known to support the self and others to achieve healing in the healing journey.
